Events Event Overview
Development, growth and implementation of high quality, value-added
events and activities for the broad base of the membership are at the
heart of our core mission and goals.
Our objective is to plan and stage a continuous variety of high quality
activities and events that increase membership involvement, provide a
forum for networking opportunities, enhance the opportunity for smaller
organizations and companies involvement, maintain and augment the image
of the organization, and to raise funds for general administration and
operations.
All events prior to 2005 can be viewed using the archive. The date
they were archived was June 2005. You can query June 2005 to see a
complete listing of all archived events prior to 2005.

Categories of Events held on an annual basis:
After Hour Events/Happy Hours
The group normally meets monthly at a local hotel, restaurant or other
venue. Since September 2003, the group has been featuring a speaker on
a substantive issue or trend. The speaker talks 20 minutes with
approximately 10-15 minutes for question and answer. There may be a
modest charge when there is a featured speaker.

Policies and guidelines for speakers at all NTGTS and CTC events. If
you have a topic you would like to submit, use our Speaker Application
form and we will evaluate your submittal for our future events.
- Authority for selection and/or retention of all speakers and moderators rests with the NTGTS Programs Committee.
While equity and fairness in selecting speakers and/or moderators from
various organizations and companies will be accorded, speakers and/or
moderators will be selected based upon their experience and
qualifications to speak on specified topics. The NTGTS Programs
Committee reserves the right to maintain or revise speaker and
moderator selections in the event that a confirmed speaker and/or
moderator are not suitable for the specified program.
