Preamble
This document outlines the terms and conditions of NTGTS and CTC membership.
Section 1. CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP.
The Society shall consist of the following four (4) categories of
Members, designated as: a) Individual Membership; b) Student
Membership; c) Corporate Membership; and Academic/Government/Non-profit

policy makers, entrepreneurs, consultants, researchers, educational and
financial institutions, governmental agencies, entertainment,
multi-media (audio/video) and IT (hardware/software) companies that
share an interest in the social and business impacts of global
communications and related technologies. |

For-Profit Member
A For-Profit Member is an entity of a commercial nature. The membership
is held in the name of the applying entity and not an individual.

Academic/Government/Non-Profit/Other Institutional Memberships
These entities are defined as such within their state or country of
origin. Examples include government, academic, educational
institutions, foundations, international organizations, charities, etc.
The membership is held in the name of the applying entity and not an
individual.

The NTGTS and CTC membership cycle runs continuously through the year
based upon when you joined the organization. Renewals are conducted on
a quarterly basis.
