EVENT SPONSORSHIP TIERS
Your company/organization can choose the following sponsorship tier(s) that best meet your needs.
PLATINUM SPONSOR ($5,000 +)
Benefits include:
- Identified as Event Underwriter on all conference related marketing materials and literature
- Host breakfast, luncheon, breaks for program attendees
- Receive 5 attendee passes to distribute internally or provide to your key customers
- Provide a program chair for the event and/or moderate a panel comprised of subject matter experts
- Company name and logo will be featured on cover of program
marketing brochure and listed as Platinum Sponsor or Underwriter as
well as displayed on several prominent NTGTS event related signs. These
signs are placed in high traffic areas on the conference floor,
assuring maximum exposure
- Company name and logo will be featured in widely distributed program materials along with corporate profile
- Company name and logo will be featured on banners hanging on site in main program room
- NTGTS will feature your logo on the program website with a
hypertext link back to your website for global brand exposure. Logo
will remain on the website permanently since the website is archived on
NTGTS' main website.
- Privilege to have display table and distribute company literature
and hang company sign in a high traffic area near the conference
registration table
- Privilege to distribute company giveaways/gifts to all attendees
- NTGTS will conduct mailings of the program marketing brochure to
your key clients and prospects if you want to provide NTGTS the lists
or you can conduct these mailings yourself. You may also submit a
letter on your stationary to coincide with the brochures promoting your
participation in the program
- NTGTS will provide you the program attendee list one week prior
to and immediately following the program for strategizing and follow-up
- Mention of company name during program introductions
GOLD SPONSOR ($3,000)
Benefits include:
- Receive 4 attendee passes to distribute internally or provide to key customers
- Host breakfast, luncheon, breaks for program attendees

marketing brochure and listed as Gold Sponsor as well as displayed on

- Receive 2 attendee passes to distribute internally or provide to key customers

- Company name and logo will be featured on banners hanging on site in main program room

- Company name and logo will be featured in program materials along with corporate profile
- NTGTS will feature your logo on the program website with a
hypertext link back to your website for global brand exposure. Logo
will remain on the website permanently since the website is archived on
NTGTS' main website

Additional Opportunities and Benefits
The costs of these additional opportunities vary per event. Please contact sponsorship@ntgts.org for more information and details.
CORPORATE TABLE AT SIT-DOWN MEALS (LUNCHEONS, BREAKFASTS, DINNERS)
Benefits include:
- Opportunity to have reserved table for your employees and/or
guests. Table will be strategically placed near other head tables
(VIPs, Speakers, Sponsors, Special Guests, Dignitaries, etc.) at
function and will be able to place company/organization name on table.
Entitled to a reserved table of 8-10 persons depending on event
function. All attendees are also able to attend entire event
proceedings as well as associated sessions and will receive event
materials.
EXCLUSIVE MEAL FUNCTIONS
Benefits include:
- For Platinum and Gold Sponsors, sponsoring luncheons, breakfast
or breaks will provide your organization additional recognition via
signage and acknowledgment in the program materials and on-site
signage. This benefit is in addition to what you will receive under the
Platinum or Gold Sponsorship tier.
OFFICIAL BAGS
Benefits include:
- A unique opportunity for visibility and further recognition that
will last long after the event is over. Attractive bags will be
provided to attendees to carry their event proceedings. Your company
name and logo appear on the bag, along with the conference name, dates
and logo. Promotional materials from your company may also be included
in the bags.
EVENING RECEPTIONS
Benefits include:
- Cocktail Receptions: Event attendees will be treated to hors
d'oeuvres and beverage services, compliments of your company. Reception
sponsors receive recognition in the program materials and on-site
signage. Company has the option of hosting either an opening and/or
closing reception. Company will also be able to provide welcome remarks
and greetings during the reception.
EVENT PROCEEDINGS
Benefits include:
- Another great opportunity for lasting exposure, the event
proceedings provided to all attendees contain your company's name, logo
and full-page profile. The proceedings may be in the form of a bound
document/binder or on a CD-ROM.
ATTENDEE GIFT BAGS
Benefits include:
- A wonderful opportunity to provide useful set of materials
imprinted with your company name and logo to all attendees. Items can
be note pads, calendars, pens, highlighters, office items,
paperweights, badges, mouse pads, shirts, phone cards, cellular phones,
tote bags, etc. The items can be selected at the company's discretion.
DOOR PRIZE/RAFFLE DRAWING
Benefits include:
- A wonderful opportunity for further visibility and recognition in
donating a door prize/gift item that will be awarded to an attendee(s)
during the event. This item can be selected at the company's discretion
(i.e., PDA, sporting event tickets, gift certificates, etc.)
