"NTGTS has been a great strategic partner for conferences that provide the latest information on industry issues and trends. I can always count on the conferences to feature issues that will be everyone else's hot topics next year."

NTGTS and CTC welcome support for its non-commercial activities from private enterprises and other related organizations involved in the industry and/or related sectors. Generally, the organization seeks to defray the costs of its programs and other special educational and professional networking activities.

NTGTS and CTC will permit sponsors to participate in its programs and other events. For example, sponsors will be granted an opportunity to address the audience. A sponsor should provide NTGTS and/or CTC with an advance copy or summary of its presentation. Please see our event sponsorship tiers and benefits for more details.

  • NTGTS and CTC reserve the right to approve all promotional materials supplied by a sponsor before use.
  • NTGTS and CTC require sponsors to sign an engagement agreement or memorandum of understanding to confirm sponsorship participation. A copy is available upon request.
  • All sponsorship invoices are due no later than 30 days prior to the event date. NTGTS and CTC reserve the right to remove and/or suspend your organization's involvement in the event of non-payment.
  • NTGTS and CTC will make every effort to make their events a great success. We view sponsorships as a partnership. We highly encourage your organization to take ownership of the event and champion it throughout your organization and to other interested parties. This is important to ensure a smooth and successful event.
