Fabio Ferreira Kujawski, born in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, November 18,
1974. Legal Education: São Paulo Catholic University; LLM in
International Law at the São Paulo Catholic University (in course);
Specialized in Public Law by the Public Law Brazilian Society; Outside
Counsel for ANATEL - Brazilian Telecommunications Regulatory Agency, on
regulatory matters and international negotiations, during the years of
1998, 1999 and 2002; Within the telecommunications regulatory
environment, main areas of expertise are Fixed and Mobile Telephony,
Satellite, Internet, Value Added Services, Cable TV, Infrastructure,
Certification of Equipment, among others.
Other areas of practice are corporate law, intellectual property and
litigation. Author of several legal-related articles published
worldwide. Invited to make several presentations and moderate panels in
various conferences, in South and North America, in Europe and in the
Asian-Pacific region, in the field of public law and foreign
investments. Member of Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), the Pacific
Telecommunications Council Bar Association and the North Texas Global
Telecommunications Society. Honorable member of the Center for
International Legal Studies, Salzburg, Austria. Languages: Portuguese,
