PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Dear NTGTS/CTC Members and Colleagues,

For this holiday season message, it is important that we give thanks to those who have made a difference in the organization's success throughout the year. There are many people to thank for their extraordinary work they have provided to the organization.

Steve Finegan, as a Board of Director continues to be extremely helpful with his consistent, enthusiastic and strategic advice.

Roberto Fanini, as Membership Co-Director has gone above and beyond what was expected and stepped up his role in managing several NTGTS events in Texas as well as a team of individuals to implement these events.

Dr. Ben Gavish and John Jensik of the Board of Advisors for their willingness to support the organization at events and on our monthly conference calls. Their expert advice and time are greatly appreciated.

Daniel Chalker and Robert Taylor of the Programs Task Force for their awesome work. Daniel was instrumental in serving as the main NTGTS interface to the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce's Annual Telecom Conference 2004 planning committee. Robert identified speakers for NTGTS events, served as a speaker himself, and contributed greatly to the success of our monthly Texas Happy Hours.

Alejandro Silva of the NTGTS Internship Program for his excellent work on various membership projects and his can-do attitude.

Many thanks also to the rest of our leadership for the service and contributions they have provided over the past year. Without their support, advice and hard work, we would not have been able to deliver on all of our 2004 objectives.

I also want to thank the entire membership for staying engaged and involved, for attending our events, and supporting community related activities. I know it has been a difficult couple of years with the industry downturn, however, we appreciate all of you sticking with us in order to keep telecommunications and high-tech alive.

I am very excited about where the organization is headed in 2005. We will be launching a newly designed website and have other events in store. Our chapter in the Washington, D.C. area is getting off the ground and held a successful membership event in November 2004.

Again, thank you for everything you have done to support the organization. We look forward to your continued involvement and contributions in 2005. Best wishes for a happy holiday season and New Year!

Jeremy L. Azif President and Co-Founder
