The NTGTS and CTC membership cycle runs continuously through the year based upon when you joined the organization. Renewals are conducted on a quarterly basis.

Basic Member

A Basic Member is an individual who is employed in the telecommunications industry and/or related sectors.
  • Dues: The cost of basic membership is $100 per person per year.

Academic Member

An Academic Member is an individual who is employed at an educational institution including colleges, universities, technical, and trade schools.
  • Dues: The cost of academic membership is $60 per person per year.

Government Member

A Government Member is an individual employed by a governmental institution or agency. Examples include courts, Federal, state, local and foreign agencies.
  • Dues: The cost of government membership is $60 per person per year.

Non-Profit Member

A Non-Profit Member is an individual employed at a not-for-profit organization but does not work at an educational institution.
  • Dues: The cost of non-profit membership is $60 per person per year.

Military Member

A Military Member is an individual who is a full-time member of the Armed Forces.
  • Dues: The cost of military membership is $60 per person per year.

Student Member

A Student Member is an individual that is carrying at least a 50% of a normal full-time academic program as a registered undergraduate or graduate student in a regular course of study.

Student Members, upon graduation with at least a baccalaureate or post-graduate degree or their equivalent shall be transferred to Basic Membership and will renew their next annual dues at the basic membership rate.
  • Dues: The cost of student membership is $25 per person per year.

Retired Member

A Retired Member is an individual not gainfully employed and not actively seeking employment who is at least 62 years of age.
  • Dues: The cost of retiree membership is $25 per person per year.

Unemployed Member

An Unemployed Member is an individual that has become involuntarily unemployed and is actively seeking reemployment. A statement of continued unemployment shall be provided with each annual dues payment.
  • Dues: The cost of unemployed membership is $25 per person per year.

Honorary Member

Honorary Members are elected by the Board of Directors who have rendered meritorious service to the telecommunications and technology community in their designated field.

Honorary Members shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of Basic Membership.
